Beginning September 1, 2004, the shareholders of Golden Oval Eggs changed the company's structure to a LLC, seeking new investment partners as the company prepares to meet future market demand. To capitalize on these opportunities, Golden Oval Eggs intends to continue to grow when market opportunities occur.
