Jerry E. Armstrong serves Golden Oval Eggs as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Administration Officer. He is responsible for maintaining and improving relations with Golden Oval Eggs' stakeholders.  In this position, he directs human relations, investor, media, community, and government relations. He leads the company-wide effort to establish human resources as a strategic force in building both organizational and individual capabilities.

Most recently, Mr. Armstrong served as Vice President of Human Resources/Organizational Development and Administration for the Student Loan Finance Corporation (SLFC) of Aberdeen, SD.

 Previously, Mr. Armstrong held human resources leadership positions with Novartis Nutrition North America and RJR Nabisco, Inc.,   A graduate of the Old Dominion University, he earned his MSA from Central Michigan University.
